Yes. OEM applies your brand, logo, packaging and manual to a proven platform. ODM goes deeper: product and imaging definition, sensor and lens selection, hardware and firmware engineering, industrial design and CMF, image tuning, and compliance testing. Most projects start at the OEM level and move into ODM for the models that need to be genuinely different.
MOQ depends on the level of customization: logo, manual and startup-screen customization start from 300 units; packaging from 500 units; product color from 5,000 units. Model-level MOQ is quoted per platform and per order.
Standard production lead time is 15–35 days after deposit confirmation. Samples typically ship within about 7 days, and rush orders can be expedited — confirm the schedule with our engineer when you place the order.
SONIDA operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system and supports product compliance requirements for major export markets, including CE and FCC requirements. Sedex-related manufacturing compliance information is also available upon request.
Yes — all five are standard options: logo (≥300 units), printed manual (≥300), startup screen (≥300), retail packaging (≥500) and product color (≥5,000). Custom housings, CMF and new tooling are also available through ODM development.
Yes. A large share of our production is private label — your brand on proven platforms with your own packaging, manual and startup screen. You decide how visible the manufacturing partner is, from discreet OEM supply to co-developed ODM products.
Samples are available before mass production for evaluation and market testing, typically within about 7 days. Sample cost depends on the model and level of customization — ask our engineer for a quote and for how sample fees are handled against your production order.
Production runs to a defect rate below 0.5%, with in-process inspection at each stage and batch documentation for traceability. Every order ships with quality records, and 100% on-time delivery is our standard.
Yes. Full ODM projects cover requirement definition, mold development in our own precision mold workshop, injection molding, sample confirmation, mass production and shipping — one team from concept to container.
