     Logo, manual and startup-screen customization start from 300 units; packaging from 500 units; product color from 5,000 units. Full ODM projects are quoted individually. Model-level MOQ is confirmed per platform when you request a quotation.

     Both are possible. Many brands begin by customizing a proven platform — same shell, your branding and configuration. If your design requires a different housing or specification, we develop it through our ODM process, including in-house mold development.

     Tooling and design ownership is defined in the project agreement — we discuss and confirm this before development starts so there is no ambiguity later.

     Yes. We handle brand assets, specifications and packaging artwork confidentially and can work under an NDA — tell us your requirement at the start of the project.

     Yes. Customized samples are prepared for your evaluation before mass production, typically within about 7 days. Sample cost depends on the model and customization scope — ask our engineer for a quote.

     Standard customization — logo, packaging, manual, startup screen — usually runs within our normal 15–35 day production window after deposit. Projects requiring new tooling add mold development time, which is confirmed with your quotation.
